Wrongly registered?

Good morning.

My wife registered VM by phone yesterday.

She was sent "Confirmation of Direct Debit set up"mail.

But she can't log in today.

We think wrongly registerd.

"Forgotten your email address?" page says "We haven't been able to find your details with the information you have provided".

So "account number" or (both) "date of birth" may be wrong.

We want to contact customer service, but can't log in.

What coul'd we do?
