Wrong power supply

The Virgin media hub power supply does not fit the socket, so I need a new power supply.

This does happed from time to time.  

What Hub do you have so VM can get the correct power supply out to you.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange.

If you need is urgent, you could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.  Explain what has gone wrong and hopefully they can help?
