Wrong power cable for V360 box

I received my installation kit about a week ago but it did not have a power cable for the V360 box. I have called Virgin media multiple times but only managed to get through once. I held the line for 37 minutes before someone picked up. They then put me on hold for 20 minutes then abruptly ended the connection. I lost almost an hour of my life holding the line for absolutely nothing. I have not been able to get any TV service and the kids are understandably disappointed by the whole thing. Not cool Virgin, not cool at all. Anybody out there any ideas?
