Hi all,
I’ve received the router for my Virgin Media broadband. I chose the option to install myself as I was unaware that the phone box needed changing on the wall.
We’ve phoned Virgin Media and are apparently sending an engineer out today between 1-6pm, but there’s no record of appointment on my Virgin account.
We’ve also been billed for installation being successful and active, when I’m currently still using my old provider as I cannot connect my new router.
Any suggestions?
