Wrong monthly amount & working line takeover

I just signed up on 1/4/20 for a new broadband contract for 12 months. Next day I received an email shows the different monthly amount and also want to tell them that I am still in contract with my current provider so they can do working line take over. In this way I would not be charge from both provider.
