Wrong installation address

My address was listed strangely when I was choosing my installation address from the drop down menu earlier today when buying a new broadband package, but I proceeded anyway. Now the order confirmation documents have a neighbouring building's address on. I haven't received a welcome email so I'm unable to call the Virgin helpline as it's impossible to get through without an account number, or Virgin landline number (which I don't have). I'm also having trouble being understood on the online chat. 

Is there a way for me to edit the installation address, or just cancel my order?
