Wrong email address

So I signed up like 6 months ago, I realised pretty quickly that the agent took my email address down wrong, so I don't know my account number or email address or username. 

I've tried calling on two occasions to have this rectified to no avail. I've tweeted and called. I would rather they posted my details to my address, so I can use the wrong details they have to correct my issue. 

I've tried everything. Anyone know anything different I haven't tried yet?

A VM person should respond on here in a day or so and be able to help get it sorted. Probably via the personal message function. Keep checking back here

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
