Wrong email address at sign up, so no welcome email
I recieved the Quick start package yesterday, but still don't get the welcome email with my account details. It could be because I ordered the package via phone, and maybe your colleague misspelled my email address, and I'm unable to login to My Virgin Media. Could you please help me? Thank you.
