Wrong email address at sign up, so no welcome email

Hello,

I recieved the Quick start package yesterday, but still don't get the welcome email with my account details. It could be because I ordered the package via phone, and maybe your colleague misspelled my email address, and I'm unable to login to My Virgin Media. Could you please help me? Thank you.

Hi @nyitrai, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

I am sorry you've not received your welcome email as a result of incorrect email address being recorded at point of sale.  I would like to take a closer look into this on your behalf.
