Wrong address after a change of address

I recently signed up to move my contract in a new flat but I realised that virgin has the wrong address, since they delivered my stuff to the neighbours and not to me. I tried to contact someone through phone, I waited for SEVENTY MINUTES on the line and then they hung up and the call ended without answer. I need help now. I am waiting for my connection since a week.

Have you tried contacting them via web chat?

Yes, this morning and I didn't recieve any answer. I tried to contact the call centre and nobody answer after I've waited for 70+ minutes.
