Posting up some photos of the issue is usually a good start to the process. It allows the VM forum team to assess and refer on for action by VM people local to you.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see the cable is becoming exposed due to the concrete which was put on it as subsided, is this something which was laid recently otr was it aldy done when you moved in?

Thanks for your prompt reply. It was only laid 3 months ago as I am a new customer. It looks like they didn't go deep enough with the cable. Hopefully it can be sorted. Again thank you.

If you are able to, can you post some images of the exposed cabling and whether or not there's any trip hazards a long the route where the cable has become visible? You can post images directly to this thread and we'll investigate this further.
