Hi. There is a box on the outside of my house. It looks as if this is the box which contains the internet cable. As you can see this is exposed to the elements. The cover has been lost due to either building work or storm damage (I am not sure which). Whose responsibility is it to replace the box. If it is my responsibility, where would I obtain the box, and what kind of tradesperson would fit it? Thanks.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thanks. It's been like this for a while, and no issue with connection. I'll wait three days, and if no response from Virgin staff, will ring.
