Will my replacement Hub ever be delivered?

I ordered a broadband speed upgrade on 22 August and VM quickly activated the higher speed. The email mentioned a Hub 4 self-installation kit. None arrived. A couple of weeks later I spoke to a nice lady at the VM Call Centre and she told me the hub order had been reactivated and I would get a Hub 5. Nope. On 16 September I had a live chat session where I was again assured a Hub 4 would be delivered. Still nothing.

Questions for VM: Is the order being overridden each time? Is there a supply problem with hubs?
