Hi there,
I've ordered a wifi box from Virgin and tried to set it up but it doesn't let me connect.
I currently had a green wifi symbol and a green flashing bar at the bottom.
Does anyone know how I can speak to someone at Virgin as it's proving impossible to get in contact with someone? It keeps telling me to just restart the wifi but that obviously doesn't work - as I have never been able to connect.
Any help greatly appreciated!
