Hi, unfortunately, Yodel can’t find my address and won’t let me add more information to help them, as it has been saying all their contact services are busy since yesterday. This means that yesterday my Wi-fi hub was unable to be delivered when it was due. Now I am leaving the city for Christmas today and will not be here to collect if there is an attempted delivery. I don’t have any confirmation emails and still can’t access my account to try and sort this through virgin, as I’ll have to delay my order and delivery somehow until the 5th of January- Yodel will only hold the parcel at the nearest centre until the 4th. I’m unsure what I can do about this situation as I don’t want to be stuck paying for the hub delivery if it never comes, or pay for another delivery of one.
