Wifi connects but no internet on all devices

Hi, our wifi will connect to everyone’s devices, however there is no internet connection. So whilst it shows up, we cannot actually use it or do anything. 

We cannot find out whether there’s an issue in our location or not, because we don’t know who the account owner of our Virgin wifi is. Our landlord has told us it’s not them, and the name of our billing company doesn’t seem to work when signing in either. 

We have tried turning it on and off multiple times, unplugging it, switching plugs etc to no avail. 

Please can someone advise?

Go to the Hub's admin console using a browser to 192.168.0.1  and click on the Router Status link.  The admin password is on the bottom of the Hub, unless you have changed it of course.

Check the first tab, Status, what does the Provisioning State say?

A Hub can be broadcasting a wifi signal, but may not be connected to the VM network.

If you are using a Virgin public hotspot, these are being retired as the service is being withdrawn.
