Wifi boosters lost network

Until a few days ago my boosters have been working fine and had their own network name - which was set up by an engineer.  Apparently there was a local issue with the wifi which took a day or two to repair.  I now have wifi (although not great) but my boosters no longer seem to have their own network.  They are showing on my Connect app as available but are not discoverable.  I have tried calling, but keep getting cut off and redirected to the website - which is totally useless and I am going round in circles.  I am working from home and NEED these to be working reliably.  There are three of us in the house, all needing wifi which is why I signed up for an Oomph package!!

Re: Wifi boosters lost network

Hi Salivvy22

Thank you for getting in touch with us here on the Community.

We apologise for the delay in response, we have been a little busier than usual at the moment.

Can you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue with the boosters?

if you are, we may need to resync the boosters in order to make them show again. More information on how to do this can be found here

Let us know how you get on.
