WiFi not working after house move

Hi guys, I’ve recently moved my Virgin WiFi over to a new house however it isn’t working, I’ve rung virgin twice to be told someone will ring me back as it has to be done by a specialist team. Nobody has contacted me back. They say on the phone that my WiFi hasn’t been activated. Any suggestions?

All new installs / replacement electronic equipment need to be activated.

You can try the Activation number -  0800 953 9500 

Best time to phone is 08:00

Or

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

I have had a look at things our end and by the looks of things the services were activated with 24 hours, if you are still having issues please do not hesitate to let us know.
