WiFi issue

I have just gotten my quick start kit and have had the activation text. It has been set up for around 5 hours now and still have no Internet. When checking the hub 3.0 status overview is showing that wireless is on but Internet is showing access denied.

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 – you will need the serial number off the barcode sticker and also your account number, Call now but at 08.00 (Mon-Sat) or 09.00 (Sun) for the best chance of getting through quickly.
