Hi I have WiFi connection to the hub but no internet secure help?
Is the WAN cable (white co-ax) connected to the rear of the Hub and the wall connector ?

I'm very sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal.
I can appreciate having no internet must have been frustrating. I've checked the back end of things from here and can see we've been to sort this since you posted though.
