WiFi Booster Delivery

I ordered a WiFi booster that was meant to arrive on the 24 Oct 2020, between 8am and 9pm. I was told I'd receive a message from Yodel with a two hour delivery window, but did not. The WiFi booster still hasn't arrived.

I've tried to get help online but can't find anything useful.

I'm sorry to hear you've had some issues receiving your booster, I've not been able to locate any account details for you, are you able to confirm if you've received the booster since posting?

 

Has there been any updated tracking information?

Thanks for following up on this.

No I still haven't received the booster and haven't received any communications since an email from Virgin on the 20th October, which said I would be receiving the booster on the 24th.

Hi Emma,

No it hasn't been sorted yet unfortunately, and I still haven't received the booster. Is it possible to order another one? It's been nearly a month so it doesn't look like the one I ordered will be arriving.
