Hope this finds you well whoever is reading this.
I was hoping to get some assistance please. I really want to sign up with Virgin Broadband, and many others in my building have done so, with me in theory being closer to where the line is brought in from, but customer services and postcode checker just keep giving me the 'computer says no' answer when I try to sign up. I cant understand how others can have fibre, yet I can't, when they are in the same building as me and in theory I am better/more easily placed to run it in to.
Is there any way I could pay for an engineer's visit to get this checked out, as I'm sure logistically it cant be a problem? Has anyone had a similar experience to this in the past? It's very frustrating especially with work from home life now.
