I have an old (not smart) phone which I want to get working but it is locked to Virgin Mobile network, so I thought I could just get a Virgin pay as you go sim card and put it in but nowhere seems to have them. How can I get one?

Many mobile operators have withdrawn "Pay as you go" due to the number of customers that activated phones and then failed to make any billable calls.
