The previous owners of our house had Virgin broadband - as do our neighbours. After a year of absolutely awful service from BT, we have decided to try Virgin Fibre. However, I’m informed when putting in our postcode and door number on the Virgin site, that it’s not available to us. How is this possible? We know we’re connected and can see the box opposite our house. I’d love to speak to a human being (instead of a bot) at Virgin about this issue but so far have had no luck.
