Hi nathan that is a HDU (home distribution unit) power supply. All techs carry them on the van.

May I ask whats wrong with it?

Re: White power supply plug

That's plug for hdu it's not something you can get i guess but there's another way to get around it..

Fallow the cable comes from the wall and connect that cable directly to you router it should work until vm sends you new plug or tech

Re: White power supply plug

Hi,

I received my quickstart kit today but my HDU doesn't have this plug, even though there is a coaxial cable sticking out from it and in the installation guide it looks like the "other type of socket" which needs to be plugged in to a power socket.

Is there any way of getting hold of one quickly? Could a local engineer drop one around, for example, if they have them in their vans?

Re: White power supply plug

So the cable from the HDU that should be attached to a plug? You're saying to attach that straight into the router till a new plug arrives?
