Where to buy a Virgin Media Cable

Evening, does anyone know where I can purchase one of these? Unfortunately the cat brought a live rat into the house and it has proceeded to chew through my cable that splits between the hub and virgin box. Thanks.

Officially you have to get them through VM.

@Flocat38  You will need to call it inas a fault.

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

Hi Flocat38, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.

I have looked into this and can see that you have managed to get this sorted.

Please let me know if you require any  further assistance?

Kind regards, Chris

Nicely done that cat managing to both catch the rat and bring it in alive.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/electrosmart-Cable-CATV-Broadband-Splitter-White/dp/B003ANFBPI - £4.99

I'm not sure why that splitter looks so fancy or what the story is with the multiple cables going out of it though - if all you're doing is splitting one coaxial cable into 2 that's all you need.
