My self set up virgin media box was meant to be delivered yesterday and it wasn’t. I have had no notifications and tried to contact virgin to no avail. Great start Virgin I’m already wanting to cancel my order! I have the app and it’s saying I don’t have an order but I have 2 emails of confirmation regarding the order so what’s going on?
