Where is my order?

Hello. I have signed for Virgin Media home broadband on 6th June, and my email says it should be delivered on the 10th. Today is 19th and I still haven't received anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ Tried to contact Virgin, but because I'm not an existing customer, I can't reach any of call agents.... What do I do now and how can I cancel my order?

I'm staying without Internet for 2 weeks now, and this isn't the service I was dreaming of...
