Upgraded online Monday from broadband only to adding TV and phone, selected Quick Start for delivery Friday (yesterday), got the confirmation email with a WS number but since then heard nothing and no sign of the TV box. Any ideas how I can find out what’s going on other than calling VM ?
So, finally took the plunge and called VM. It appears that although the upgrade was specially for me (and is still showing as an available upgrade) it can’t be processed for the quoted price of an additional £4. Customer service lady was unable to explain why and promised me a phone call in 72 hours from her manager Nick. 120 hours later and no call. All in all a very poor experience.
just wondering if a provider quotes a price for a service are they obliged to offer it to you even if their “computer says no”?
