Where is my equipment ?

Hello, ordered home broadband last week to be delivered for today, only received a confirmation email with a reference number for the order, nothing about account details or anything. Nothings turned up today so far, but just had a email saying you have received my Gone Away form... Not sure what that is, as I've not sent any forms or filled anything at all in? Also not received any contract paperwork / emails

any help appreciated thanks 😊
