Where is my engineer?

Hi. After having my installation cancelled a month ago, I have driven to London especially today for my Wi-fi installation.

Given the previous poor service, lack of response on chat, and now no update on engineer status today  (it’s nearly the end of the day), plus other community posts stating no-shows by engineers - how do I establish what is going on?

Hi,

I have the same problem.

Engineer not turned up after waiting x5 hours.

Can you update me as well. Bit ridiculous, no information at all.
