I had my installation date for the 21st of dec and now its disappeared. Also they have not been to do the external work yet. Why has it disappeared from my app? Same if i log in to virgin media through my computer and check that way.
Is virgin media experiencing problems with there systems?

sadly it may have disappeared because the external work has not been done and has been moved you would need to contact pre install who would give you an update 0345 454 1111 opt 1, opt 3 opt 1

I've had no text or emails informing me of that. From what ive read on here it does not seem like fun ringing up. I dont have time for a 2 hour call. Cant someone from virgin media on here take a look for me please?
