Can't really find a forum fitting for this. My installer was really great and I'm sure pointed out on paperwork where I could rate my experience but I can't see it on any of the paperwork left.
Can anyone tell me where I can go to rate him as hopefully it counts towards his reviews etc?
By the way, I would just like to say this is a really pleasant change from the terrible experience I had from both installers and customer service a year ago.

you will get a survey from virgin media/medallia
sent to your email which usually takes up to 2 weeks after your install.
