2 weeks ago I ordered my broadband and set a date for cut over of 6 March. I've called 5 times to ask when will pre instal work be done and been told it will be done that day but no one has turned up. I will be cut off by my existing supplier on 6 march so will need to cancel unless the work is done in the next couple of days. Anyone else had this problem?
we aim to complete preinstallation work at least 7 days before install so at the latest it could the 27th before this is completed. Depending on the lead times in your area it could in fact be done the day before. Please don't worry, it will be done.
