Hi all,
I need help ordering internet for my new house. My next door neighbour (two metres away) has it but our address comes up as being unavailable for broadband. We booked a Virgin engineer to come round he confirmed that our address could easily be connected to Virgin and he would send paperwork releasing the address so we could book online. That was a few weeks ago and since then, nothing. Is there any email address we can use to chase this up?
Our attempts to speak to someone on the phone haven't been very successful. We mainly just get through to Sales people reading from a script and are unable to help us.
