Looking for info as to when the service will be going live.

street is fibre installed, I don't won't to renew my bt contract, I want virgin fibre.

From when VM passed our property and installed the fibre hatches ( see below ) it took about 1 month for online orders to open.

Expect delivery slippage of a new VM connection, it is notorious problem. Weeks or Months of slip may occur.

Do not cancel BT Internet until the VM service is operational and your have exceeded the VM cooling off period.
