When will I get the Hub 5? Upgraded to Gig 1

I upgraded to 1Gig about 5 months ago and was told i would get a Hub 5 however 5 months later still no Hub 5 can someone tell me how do i get one

You must have a hub 4. What problem do you have?

Thank you for the reply i have now been sent a Hub 5 from Virgin so have no more problems.
