I upgraded to 1Gig about 5 months ago and was told i would get a Hub 5 however 5 months later still no Hub 5 can someone tell me how do i get one

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you've received a Hub 4. We previously had limited stock of Hub5's and Hub 4's were sent in their place.

Thank you for the reply i have now been sent a Hub 5 from Virgin so have no more problems.
