I've seen many posts referencing a site survey being done. Quickstart is not an option as this would be a new installation, so
Q1) Is a site survey only arranged before phase 1 (the external connection to the omnibox) if the customer requests it or does Virgin automatically set it up for you in the ordering process where there has not been a previous installation at the property?
Q2) And if it is down to me to request such a survey how do you go about it?
Have you tried the Pre-installation and Delivery team - they may have more info?
