Hello, we had an internet connection problem about a fortnight ago which was resolved remotely by a very helpful Virgin rep.
He pointed out that the router we were using was "really old" and he'd arrange for a new one to be shipped to us - nothing has showed up but it got me wondering if I'm missing out on extra speed / functionality with my exisitng router?
How do I go about getting the latest? The one we have is a Super Hub 2.

You should be using at least a Hub3 as the Superhub 2 cannot use the full range of channels available on the VM network.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Hey Prometheus99, thanks for joining our community and for posting on our help forum for the first time 🙂
We're glad to have you on board with us and also happy to help with your hub enquiry.
Based on what you've advised you currently have one of our legacy hubs which are no longer in circulation indeed.
The good news is we can arrange a replacement with our hub 3 however from our checks it seems you've already spoken to our team and have an appointment soon to replace your old hub with a newer version.
Please, do let us know how you get on once the new hub has been fitted - any questions or concerns feel free to ask and we are happy to assist.
