Hello dear forum members.
I have subscribed to Virgin media and received my package. But I do not have the virgin media port to connect the cable to. So I have been trying to call virgin media for days now to ask for an engineer to come install a port for ne.
But I can not go through the online help because the answer machine keeps asking me about my password. I do not know what password she is talking about. I tried to use my virgin media app password but it did not work.
What password is required when calling the online help? how can I know or set that password.
This is so frustrating. please help as I am stuck.
