Welcome email not received - no account number

I am a new customer of Virgin Media trying to set up an account with you to buy broadband upon moving into a new house. 

However, I am unable to register an account as I have never received a welcome email or letter with my account number on it, despite trying for several days now. 

How can I get this welcome email sent to me/find out my account number?
