Hello, I placed an order on 28/12 and have my order number. But I did not receive a welcome email so I have no account number? Can you send me my account email please? Also I need to change the start date of my contract, but cant do this without my account details. I have been on live chat for 2.5 hrs today and this has not been resolved.
So I set everything up with sarah over the phone weeks ago after having to close my old account after it being in an ex partners name. I gave her all my bank details and have had my internet working for the last month with a new set of equipment and Under my name but I got a text today to say I’m being cut off if I don’t pay and my direct debit hasn’t been sent. I have no account number as I didn’t get a welcome email? So I have no way of logging in to get it paid. It’s very frustrating that this has happened to me through no fault of my own.
I spoke to someone over chat and they have arranged for a new one to be sent but it could take 24 hours and I just hope I’m not cut off in that time. Can you check to see if it’s been definitely done at all?
