We are moving house and have an engineer scheduled I wanted to move the date since circumstances have meant we have had to change our move date. I have tried a number of times on the website and checked dates and acknowledged an adult will be present I then get an error message.
I am not sure what I can do now, the website gives me an error and phoning is supposed to only be done when serious problems pop up.
