Wayleave

Hi,

I recently moved into a ground floor flat and made sure to book my WiFi installation as close to my move date as possible as I’m CEV and have to support 5 schools as an IT technician.

I had an engineer come to install my WiFi on 19th Jan, I was told that by the engineer that he couldn’t install the WiFi as they needed a wayleave. I’d thought that when they had come out to do the checks in the first place they would’ve had this in place. However since then contacting VM to find out when this will be in place and when I can expect my WiFi to be installed I was told They’d get in Touch with me in 24 to 48 hours. It’s now been over 48 hours and I’ve heard nothing. When I’ve tried to call to chase I’ve been out through to department to department from pre install to the construction team and I seem to be going in circles.

all I want is an update for when I can expect WiFi so that I can work from home without having to hotspot off my phone which is seriously impacting my work.
