*Warning to new customers! - billing incorrect*

Hi registered on the website price of £10 a month for 12 months then £42 after that. Virgin contract now states £42 a month from the get-go.... unreachable CS currently and unclear if live chat is working or not? Very confusing and poor service to kick things off! Big warning to new customers who have signed up via similar deals! Make sure to check your billing and contact CS to update it. I'll post a reply once I hear from the team.

They don’t offer any broadband contracts for £10 per month.

I think you’ve misinterpreted something somewhere

They did but it was a mistake but they decide to accept a select few people that subscribed between specific times. Ie before it was fixed and if you have proof of when you signed up. Otherwise you get the default non discounted Web price.
