Want to cancel my new broadband order

  • Hi

I have used comparemarket to put broadband order 3 weeks ago as new customer. I've asked to have an engineer visit to install my services. Engineer didn't show up. I made couple of calls, they said there are some restrictions on my new address. On monday 17 th august received call informed me everything now is ok and asked me to put new order directly with virgin media over the phone with quick start self installation because engineer is no necessary they said. I agreed. He told equipment will be delivered on Thursday 20th august. I was waiting at home from 7am to 9 pm for delivery. Courier didn't show up.
