Wall socket opened

Hi,

I've just moved house and I've just received my super hub 3 and I'm trying to get it set up and keep getting a green flashing light.

I've went looking for the wall socket and have found it taken apart with splitters and the isolated power inserter. There's a long black coax coming from the brown box outside.

I believe the previous owner had TV and broadband, but I've went for broadband only.

Could someone advise me what the correct wiring diagram should be?

Re: Wall socket opened

Is this a fibre to the house or coax?  You saying Power inserter is making me think fibre

Re: Wall socket opened

If its fibre, the power inserter will have 2 connections on the top.  The one saying AMP goes to the cable going outside and the one saying PWR should connect to a 12 volt transformer plug which plugs into mains.  This leaves the connection at the bottom which goes to your hub
