I got my QuickStart box today and setup all the cabling for the Hub and TV box but the coax cable (red end) for the Wall Socket doesn’t match with the existing VM cabling left by the landlords. I’ve added some photos below - I got sent the QuickStart as some of the gear was already here, but I don’t seem to have the right cabling. Can anyone help, or do I need an install visit? They seemed to have used an extension cable from the box itself which I’m imagining must have been done by a prior Engineer.

Okay...I possibly may have figured it out eventually but your comment about bypassing the QuickStart made me look again at the cabling. They’d attached an extension of sorts to the end...I removed that and just plugged that straight into the splitter. Hey presto and I think we’re good to go! Cheers.
