Wall box falling to bits. Train your installers to do a good job.
My outside wall box is falling to bits. It is an old Telewest white one and is disintergrating. Can you send someone out to fit a new one? It really should have been changed when we moved in but I guess the installer was far too busy to do a proper job on the box just like he could not be bothered to fix the cables to the wall above the bay window and left them in the guttering.
I have complained but here is the reply.

No apology has been received yet. They just want me to call and wait in the mega queue,
