Wall Junction box removal

Hi,

I have receievd letter from council due to cabling from virgin outbox of building going onto pavement - see attached photo. This box and cabling needs removing as no one in the building uses virgin and the box and cabling is redundant and has become a hazard.
please send engineer out to remove box and cabling

If no-one from VM actions this by the due date - just remove it all yourself and store it somewhere in case they want it back.  There are no safety considerations when cutting the cables as there is no power in the cables.  Box is just screwed on -  only issue might be that nearby VM customers may be affected - but that's VM's issue 😎
