I ordered broadband and when the wifi box was delivered we realised that the cables don’t match the Ethernet cables in our home. We are waiting for the adapter to come but received a message saying we have 12 hours to set it up. We have tried contacting Virgin but we can’t get through and aren’t sure what else we can do.
